I am very interested in looking at technology and how it effects the human condition in general. Please answer the following two questions:
1. Do you think that social change is driven by technology or people?
2. Do you think that technology makes life better or worse?

I believe that social change is driven by people. We now live in a world that is fast passed and we all want to make our lives a little less complicated and thats where technology comes in. Technology makes life easier, simpler, faster,and more convenient. Because of this, people, I feel, are always looking for something bigger, better, and faster, driving the creation of new technology. Because technology makes life so easy at times, and is a high demand product, people are always in competition tying to out do one creation after another. It's all about supply and demand!
As far as technology making life better or worse, I definitely think it makes life better. I couldn't imagine living in a world without a computer or a cell phone. My only worry is that technology is growing at such a rapid pace, and is so amazing now days, that we are eventually going to take it so far that we take away jobs that people need and have performed for years? Where will that leave us in twenty plus years?
